YOU are invited to the UNYA Victoria AGM 2010!
Just like the Federal and State Parliaments, UNYA is gearing up for election season soon! We will be holding our Annual General Meeting in June – this is a great chance to find out what has been going on in the world of UNYA and help to set up and plan for the new UNYA year.
The AGM will involve both written and oral reports from each member of the 2009-2010 Executive as well as elections for 2010-2011 Executive positions and Associate Executive Positions. We will also entertain a number of amendments to our Constitution. These amendments were discussed at the Strategic Planning and Executive Structure Discussion Day held last week and are outlined in the attachment to this email.
If you have attended 2 or more UNYA events in the last financial year (June 30th 2009 to May 31st 2010) you qualify as a Voting Member of UNYA Victoria. This gives you a chance to run for Executive positions in the organization as well as vote for those you want to lead your organization in 2010-2011!!
Where: Youth Affairs Council of Victoria, Level 2 172-192 Flinders St, Melbourne
When: Saturday 19th June; 10am
